Account Growth System
An Account Growth System is a repeatable, continuous method for growing B2B customer partnerships, built as a loop of connected stages: the system diagnoses the account, builds the strategy, and guides the execution, then repeats. Each stage answers two questions for the rep: where am I, and how close is this stage to complete. Execution feeds the assessment in real time, the updated score informs the strategy, the refreshed strategy resets the plan, and the rep moves back into execution.
