Partnership Domains
Partnership Domains are the seven areas where a strategic B2B customer relationship is built and measured: Foundation, Relationships, Competitiveness, Expansion, Collaboration, Predictability, and Reputation. These areas have always existed in complex B2B accounts, whether or not anyone named them. The Vitality Index names them, measures each through 21 Growth Drivers, and shows the account team where the partnership stands in every one.
Why it matters
Naming the domains turns a vague sense of "relationship strength" into a finite set of things a team can see, measure, and work deliberately. The domains are connected, so progress in one creates the conditions for progress in the others.
