Vitality Index
The Vitality Index is an Account Growth System for Enterprise Revenue, built by Match Vertical Partners. The Vitality Index system takes you through three stages that show you your current level of partnership inside key accounts. It provides the growth strategy and step-by-step planning required to reach a Level 4 Vital Partnership. Then it shows your reps which plays to run now, just like a top producer with 30+ years of complex selling behind them.
The term is distinct from the new product vitality index (NPVI), an R&D metric that reports the share of a company's revenue coming from recently launched products. This page defines the account growth system.
Why it matters
When your number depends on one or two top salespeople, a single departure, promotion, or off year puts the whole target at risk. You shouldn't have to rely on heroics to hit your revenue goals, and with the Vitality Index, you won't have to.
