Vitality Score

    A Vitality Score is the Vitality Index's measure of the depth of a rep's relationship with a key account. Scoring starts with a baseline assessment completed by the rep, then updates automatically as the rep executes the strategy through the 21 Growth Drivers and progress lands in each of the 7 Partnership Domains. Each Growth Driver is scored across four levels, and the goal is Level 4 in every driver, the point where the rep has effectively mastered that part of the partnership and the account reaches a Level 4 Vital Partnership.

    Why it matters

    The domains are interconnected by design. As a rep masters one domain, the other six rise with it, the way a rising tide lifts every ship: the one or two domains a team focuses on this quarter pull the whole partnership deeper. That interconnection is why the system works.
